1. If there is too much lubricating oil or frequent brushing times, lubricating oil should be used, but not too much; and the brushing position is improper.

(1) The precision stamping parts are selected according to reasonable materials. For precision and complex molds, micro-deformation mold steels with good materials (such as air-quenched steels) should be selected. For mold steels with severe carbide segregation, reasonable casting should be performed. For larger and uncast mold steels, solid solution double refinement heat treatment can be performed. .

(2) The die structure design of precision stamping parts should be reasonable, the thickness should not be too disparate, and the shape should be symmetrical. For large, sophisticated and complex molds, a combined structure can be used.

(3) Pre-heat treatment of complex dies for precision stamping parts is required to eliminate residual stress during machining.

(4) Reasonably select the heating temperature and control the heating speed. For sophisticated and complex molds, slow heating, preheating and other balanced heating methods can be adopted to reduce the heat treatment deformation of the mold.

(5) Under the condition of ensuring the hardness of the mold, try to use pre-cooling, graded cooling quenching or warm quenching process.

(6) For sophisticated and complex molds, vacuum heating and quenching and cryogenic treatment after quenching should be used as far as possible.
